In the past, we have been discussing legibility of claims such as "handcrafted" for ice-cream or "homemade" for pasta - as these conveyed the values consumers were looking for. With Covid-19 and social distancing, these words may no longer be appealing. Will we soon need to assess whether a pizza can be promoted as being "bot-made", of whether a food manufacturers can claim that the lasagna has been "sanitation verified"?
