We will discuss the impact of Brexit on commercial contract drafting and negotiations, and on the dispute resolution process and jurisdiction issues.
- Customs and VAT Implications

In our final session, we will discuss what the new arrangements mean for businesses trading goods between the UK and EU. We will outline the new customs procedures on both sides of the Channel and the actions that businesses should be taking to adapt their supply chains for the post-Brexit world and new FTA arrangements with countries across the globe. Concurrently, we will address the impact of Brexit from a VAT perspective as a result of the new trading arrangements for goods from an UK and EU perspective and the key VAT considerations businesses should be aware of when adapting their supply chain.
